A beautiful, open-plan barn conversion with two bedrooms and bathrooms, extensive living space, artfully designed interiors, and its own private paddock.
A luxurious, exquisitely decorated shepherd hut for two, with sweeping views over the vineyards and Thorn Hill, and an outdoor bathtub, fire pit and swimming lake. Coming early 2025.
The picturesque thatched farmhouse dates back to the 18th century, with original features, fireplaces and scullery, and thoughtfully curated antiques, fabrics, patterns and art throughout. The perfect location for shoots and filming.
Thornfalcon Winery and Press has two fields of vines. The first plot was planted in 2023 with the champagne varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. The second was established in 2024 with disease resistant hybrid varieties Solaris, Voltis, Seyval Blanc and Cabernet Noir.
Our two orchards produce around ten tonnes of cider apples. Our traditionally planted, zero-spray orchards are comprised of pedigree cider varieties - Kingston Black, Browns, Stembridge Cluster and Porter's Perfection.
Thornfalcon has a two-acre swimming and wildlife lake, a haven for nature. We have resident swans, a plentiful carp population, and migrating birds visiting on their flight path.
A large and plentiful vegetable garden supplies us and our guests with organic fruit and vegetables, and the kitchen orchards provides apples, pears, plums, apricots, peaches, figs, mulberries, crab apples and kiwis. Thornfaclon also has a flock of chickens and a bevy of doves.
